Develop and realize artistic projects

For me, project management is the combination of artistic vision, structural thinking, and organizational implementation.

I initiate, organize and manage projects in the field of music and interdisciplinary formats – from the initial idea to the performance.

One example of this is MOMENTUM – a song recital of a special kind, which combines music, photography and storytelling into a dense unity and has been shown at various venues throughout Switzerland (including Lucerne, Basel, Bern and Zurich).

MOMENTUM tells the story of two people whose love blossoms despite adverse circumstances and is ultimately put to a severe test. The musical journey spans from Richard Strauss and Richard Wagner through Felix Mendelssohn, Max Reger and Liza Lehmann to Francis Poulenc, Maurice Ravel, Claude Debussy and Gabriel Fauré.

Live-projected photographs by Katharina Schillinger capture fleeting moments and deepen the narrative on a visual level. Sound, image, and text merge into an experience that places the moment itself at the center.

I initiated MOMENTUM and was responsible for project management across multiple venues – from conception to organization and communication to the coordination of participants.
